KRA for Field Sales Representative1. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure consistent pipeline growth through active field visits. Increase revenue from existing and new customers. 2. Customer Acquisition & RetentionIdentify and acquire new customers within assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. 3. Territory ManagementPlan daily field routes to maximize coverage and efficiency. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory. Maintain accurate customer records and visit reports. 4. Product Knowledge & PromotionDemonstrate strong understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct product demos and presentations during field visits. Promote new products or schemes launched by the company. 5. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates on time. Maintain accurate documentation—orders, invoices, collections, etc. Use CRM/mobile app for route planning and data entry (if applicable). 6. Sales Operations & ComplianceEnsure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Follow company guidelines, pricing policies, and sales processes. Coordinate with logistics for smooth product delivery. 7. Team CollaborationWork closely with Sales Manager on strategy and improvements. Share field insights to support product, marketing, and operational decisions. Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.
