Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct regular audits of sales interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.

● Analyze performance data and generate reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

● Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

● Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.

● Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.
