Job Title: Sales Professional Location: Panchkula Haryana Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and pitching and selling software solutions . Key Responsibilities: Identify and Engage Clients: Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions. Sales Presentations & Closing Deals: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrate IT solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales performance reports. Industry & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and improve sales strategies. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions tailored to client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and drive revenue. Proficiency in CRM software to manage client data and sales pipelines. Understanding of software development, CRM/ERP systems, and digital marketing solutions. Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sotware sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
