Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Their role includes conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, generating business leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will act as a driving force for expanding Jainytic's footprint in the labelling and packaging industry. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development Effective Communication, Persuasion, and Presentation skills Ability to conduct Market Research and competitor analysis Proficiency in Negotiation and Contract Management skills Goal-oriented approach and result-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement Prior experience in packaging, labelling, or a similar industry is advantageous Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant Bachelor’s degree; MBA or additional certifications in Sales or Marketing preferred
