• 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• (3rd shift may be introduced as operations expand)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations (HubSpot)

• Perform CRM audits to ensure accuracy of deals, records & contacts.
• Leverage HubSpot automation for reminders, notifications, and follow-ups.
• Support sales teams with pipeline hygiene and ongoing CRM management.

Project Operations

• Verify project resource allocation & utilization.
• Update project/task data in line with delivery schedules.
• Assist with material orders, usage tracking & inventory management.

Daily Coordination

• Assign job schedules to internal staff & field teams.
• Collect & consolidate daily project updates.
• Escalate missing updates or exceptions proactively.

Business Operations Support

• Support recurring reporting, documentation & compliance.
• Prepare and manage business documents (W-9s, COIs, etc.).
• Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations & delivery teams.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process automation.
• Enhance data accuracy in HubSpot & other platforms.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in

  business operations, field operations, or wireless infrastructure projects

  .
• Proficiency with

  CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  & project management tools.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with

  Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  .
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
