Job Description

As a Manager of Sales Operations with 10-12 years of experience, your role will be crucial in leading and optimizing the sales operations function to align sales goals with the broader organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency of the sales team and improve customer satisfaction. - Identifying and driving operational efficiencies to support rapid growth and changing market conditions. - Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of sales budgets, providing actionable insights on sales trends, pipeline health, and performance against KPIs. - Leading efforts in data governance and integrity to ensure accurate and reliable sales data across CRM and reporting systems. - Managing a team of sales operations professionals, establishing performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Partnering with MIS teams and Sales/Sales Operations leadership to align strategies with company objectives and support team success. - Ensuring compliance with sales policies, procedures, and governance standards, while optimizing sales performance in a large-scale, complex environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred). - 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in driving operational efficiencies, sales forecasting, data analysis, CRM management (preferably Salesforce), and implementing sales tools. - Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Additional Company Details: - Preferred Qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Sales, or related field, and experience managing sales operations in a global or multi-market environment.,
