Job Description

As a Manager of Sales Operations with 10-12 years of experience, your role will involve leading and optimizing the sales operations function. You will oversee sales processes, analytics, budgeting, and system management to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable processes and best practices for improved sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Identifying and driving operational efficiencies to support rapid growth and changing market conditions. - Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of sales budgets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership on sales trends and performance against KPIs. - Leading efforts in data governance and integrity, creating custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights. - Managing a team of sales operations professionals, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. - Collaborating with MIS teams and Sales/Sales Operations leadership to align strategies with company objectives. - Ensuring compliance with sales policies, procedures, and governance standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred). - 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of optimizing sales performance and driving operational efficiencies. - Extensive experience in sales forecasting, data analysis, CRM management (preferably Salesforce), and sales tools implementation. - Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Sales, or related field, as well as experience managing sales operations in a global or multi-market environment.,
