We're Hiring: Sales Operations Executive

About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, managing CRM data, generating actionable insights, and supporting sales strategy execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and help drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems and sales tools
  • Track and report key sales metrics and KPIs
  • Support pipeline management and forecasting processes
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on territory planning and performance analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and excellent at multitasking
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
