About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from assigned territories through market visits and strategic outreach.

• Develop and maintain affiliate networks and contact points to ensure steady lead inflow.

• Update and manage leads using the CRM system; ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy.

• Visit prospects along with your reporting manager to support order conversion.

• Build a self-sustaining lead ecosystem to enable more focus on closing deals.

• Share market insights, competitor feedback, and sales reports with the management.

• Coordinate post-order requirements with the back office and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile Experience

• Minimum 2+ years in Industrial Equipment or Generator Sales. Education

• Graduate or Diploma/Engineering background.

• ITI (Electrical) or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage. Skills & Personality

• Confident in meeting and communicating with business owners and key decision-makers.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic mindset with a goal-driven and self-motivated approach.
