Kashni Herbal is expanding its omnichannel footprint, and we are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead distributor development and retail growth across Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appoint and nurture new distributors and retailers.
  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution in general trade (GT) and modern trade (MT) outlets, ensuring optimal shelf presence
  • Plan and execute local trade schemes, in-store activations, and new-product roll-outs
  • Track sales, forecast demand, and share market intelligence with the team

Ideal Profile

  • 2–6 years of field-sales experience in beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Proven record of building profitable territories from the ground up
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with extensive travel; fluent in Hindi and English
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM/SFA tools
