Sales Officer - FMCG

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our FMCG team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with key stakeholders in the retail and distribution sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
