Sales Officer FMCG

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Officer to support the growth and

expansion of our FMCG brand portfolio. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying

opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales across assigned territories or channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales targets within your assigned territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, distributor/retailer engagement, and market analysis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key channel partners.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets.

Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Participate in promotional activities, launches, and campaigns to maximize product reach.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and keep accurate records.

Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer feedback

resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate in any discipline.

13 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with local market dynamics and retail/distribution networks.

Self-driven with a willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
