Sales Officer - FMCG

Job Summary:

Boche Tea is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the tea industry or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Promote Boche Tea products through strategic sales techniques and marketing initiatives.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the tea
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
