The company is currently engaged in the manufacture of crushed aggregates with its own quarry that it mines with state-of-the-art technology. Position: Sales Officer Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Promote and sell products by actively engaging with engineers, building contractors, property owners, project developers, and concrete product manufacturers. Conduct regular visits to construction sites to identify sales opportunities and secure orders. Responsible for training, and retention of the junior sales team. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales. Manage and provide training, guidance, performance evaluation, and support to the field sales team. Collaborate closely with tele-calling and field sales teams to ensure effective lead conversion and customer follow-ups. Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews—daily, weekly, and monthly—with the sales team to track progress and set goals. Prepare and submit detailed activity and sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Promote brand awareness and product knowledge through brochures, product samples, and on-site demonstrations. Ensure timely follow-up on payments and coordinate collections to maintain healthy cash flow. Candidate Profile We’re seeking a dynamic professional with: Male only Age 30+ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials is required. A degree with a track record in selling construction materials is essential. Candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering will be given preference. Candidate should be married with children.
