Roles and Responsibilities:

Software Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and objectives.

Work with cross-functional teams—including IT, operations, vendors, and end users—to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and define software requirements.

Organize and conduct training sessions for end-users on new software features and functionalities.

Create user manuals, guides, and FAQs to support adoption and ease of use.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase and post-launch.

Information Technology (IT) Support & Management

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and software.

Ensure system security and data protection by implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage IT infrastructure, including backups, updates, and system optimization.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades and support.

Maintain and document IT inventory, licenses, and maintenance schedules.

Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a dynamic professional with:

Male / Women

Age - less than 30

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT Hardwares and Software implementation

A degree related to Computer Science or Information Technology is mandatory

Skills

Software Coordinator

1–2 years of experience in:

Software Project Coordination: Supporting the development, testing, deployment, and update cycles of software applications.

Planning and Scheduling: Developing and managing project timelines to ensure timely software delivery.

Task Coordination: Assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress across cross-functional teams.

Software System Understanding: Gaining a strong functional knowledge of software applications to support implementation.

Change Management: Facilitating smooth organizational transitions by helping users adapt to newly implemented systems.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving software installation or deployment issues during rollouts.

Information Technology:

1–2 years of experience in:

System Administration: Managing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.

Networking: Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Cloud Computing: Deploying and managing cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable IT solutions.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.

Approval process related to sales order processing.
