Job Description

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers, including contractors, builders, applicators, and project consultants.
Promote the companys construction chemical products to the building and infrastructure industry.
Visit project sites, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring market growth in the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or relevant internal systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical preferred).
1–3 years of experience in selling construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paints, or related products.
Good knowledge of construction sites, building materials, and industry practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory.

Time management and task prioritization

Preferred Background:

Experience with products such as waterproofing chemicals, concrete admixtures, grouts, tile adhesives, and sealants.
Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure, and the building construction market.
