Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate leasing and network development for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will drive occupancy across our centres, build strong corporate relationships, and develop a pipeline of long-term leasing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Leasing: Drive sales for coworking memberships, private offices, managed offices, and corporate leasing. Leverage real estate leasing experience to negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, startups, and SMEs. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads across Lucknow & Greater Noida markets. Networking & Client Relationship: Establish partnerships with real estate brokers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and relocation consultants. Create a strong corporate client network for long-term leasing opportunities. Conduct regular meetings with decision-makers, HR heads, and real estate procurement teams of corporates. Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Revenue Growth & Strategy: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue per seat. Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Team & Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads through campaigns and events. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Requirements Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate leasing/coworking / commercial property sales. Strong network of corporate clients, brokers, and IPCs in Lucknow & NCR regions. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
