Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of the project — from planning, structural execution to handover. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and quality output. Prepare detailed project schedules, BOQs, estimates, and reports. Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, procurement, and cost control effectively. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Ensure quality control through regular inspections and documentation. Liaise with government authorities for necessary approvals and inspections. Lead on-site teams including junior engineers, contractors, and site supervisors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred). Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in managing multi-storey or high-rise projects. Proven experience in project planning, construction execution, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of structural engineering, building codes, MEP coordination, and local regulations. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience in working on commercial or mixed-use developments.
