Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage SEO/SEM, including keyword research, on-page & off-page optimisation, and content strategy. Handle social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement, analytics, and growth). Create and optimise landing pages, email campaigns, and online advertisements to maximise ROI. Monitor and analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with strong content and copywriting skills. Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
