Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and marketing execution across both B2C and B2B channels. This role combines relationship management, field sales, online campaign coordination, and brand-aligned marketing efforts. You will work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to deliver sales growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Drive B2C sales through appointments, store visits, and doorstep service promotions
• Identify and convert new B2B clients—hotels, media houses, corporates, designers, and uniform buyers
• Follow up with incoming leads, qualify prospects, and close sales through structured follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records and ensure pipeline visibility and reporting
Client Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and personalizing service
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
Marketing Execution
• Implement local marketing campaigns—events, exhibitions, referrals, print media, and housing societies
• Support digital marketing efforts with performance feedback and content inputs
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand promotion activities
• Assist in identifying marketing opportunities, media placements, and offline visibility initiatives
Sales Planning & Reporting
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and drive achievement
• Generate periodic reports on client trends, campaign performance, and business insights
• Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and retention
Who You Are
• Sales-oriented with a deep appreciation for luxury fashion and premium service
• Skilled in both field and digital sales, with hands-on client handling experience
• Organized, proactive, and result-focused with strong interpersonal communication
• Able to multitask across B2B and B2C sales environments with attention to quality
Key Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle sales & marketing
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in handling both consumer clients and institutional buyers preferred
