Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Sreedhar’s CCE in all Colleges across Odisha and managing a team of 10 Sales & Matketing Executive across Odisha. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, managing advertising campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets. Additional tasks include monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, conducting promotional events, and building relationships with potential students and education partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Exp - 6+ Years

Relevent Exp in Sales & Marketing - 6+ Years

Must have experince in Handling a Team

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategies
• Team management and leadership capabilities
• Creativity in developing promotional campaigns and events
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with the education sector is a plus
