Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Aurangabad for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves market research, promotion planning, and executing campaigns to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction is a key part of this position. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Business Development Strong experience in Marketing Campaign Management and Customer Relationship Management Excellent skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation An understanding of the Process and Energy Solutions industry, especially in sectors like Tire, Steel, Beverages, and Pharmaceuticals, would be advantageous Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross-functional teams A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering followed with MBA in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration field is preferred, with additional relevant certifications being an advantage
