• Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive with a background in real

estate. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to close deals, and

confidence in handling client discussions related to property investments. The role involves lead

management, site visits, client follow-ups, and supporting the entire sales cycle.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.

• Follow up with clients to maximize conversions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Coordinate and conduct on-site visits when required.

• Maintain lead details and progress updates in CRM.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for booking, paperwork, and client support.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mandatory real estate sales experience.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle high-ticket sales and client objections confidently.

• Good understanding of property sales, buyer psychology, and site visit procedures.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
