Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will drive the company’s sales growth by developing effective marketing strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, creating promotional campaigns, overseeing sales performance, managing a sales team, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to achieve business goals. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide the team and ensure alignment with the company’s vision for growth and sustainability. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management. Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Market Analysis. Strong Leadership, Communication, and Team Management abilities. Skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Building, and Conflict Resolution. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is an advantage.
