Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in kolhapur The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Tasks include market research, understanding customer needs, sales forecasting, setting marketing goals, managing budgets, leading the marketing team, and collaborating with other departments to align goals. The role requires constant analysis of marketing and sales data to refine strategies and drive company growth.

Qualifications

bsc agri /msc agri /biotech grass root level working in maharastra
ability to travels and office sale target achiever
Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Research
Strong abilities in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Marketing Strategy
Experience in Budget Management, Campaign Planning, and Execution
Leadership skills and Team Management experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work on-site in Karvir and collaborate effectively with different departments
Experience in the biosciences industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
