About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Manager (M/F) will be responsible for driving room sales and developing business relationships within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Corp and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication, and develop professional long-term business relationships with Corporates/Clients.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.
• Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals for clients.
• Implement all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years in the hotel industry only.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within the hotel industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
