Sales Marketing Manager

You will be joining EFFCO Finishes & Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, playing a crucial role in sales, marketing, and technical promotion of ECOMET Dip Spin and Zinc Flake Coating lines for fasteners and metal parts. Your responsibilities will include executing, developing, installing, and commissioning coating projects across India. You will collaborate with customers in various sectors to deliver turnkey project solutions, apply advanced technologies like automation, robotics, AI, IoT, and SCADA in coating machinery, provide design and engineering support, and lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer training. - Sales, marketing, and technical promotion of ECOMET Dip Spin and Zinc Flake Coating lines - Execution, development, installation, and commissioning of coating projects across India - Working with customers in fasteners, automotive, renewable, and industrial sectors to deliver turnkey project solutions - Applying knowledge of automation, robotics, AI, IoT, SCADA to advance coating machinery - Providing design and engineering support using AutoCAD, 3D tools, and software-based design - Leading on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer training - Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or related discipline) - Experience: Minimum 10 years in machinery, equipment, plant engineering, or automation - Strong field exposure in installation, commissioning, and coating/metal finishing systems - Hands-on knowledge of robotics, IoT, SCADA, industrial automation tools - Willingness to travel extensively across India,
