**Job Description:** Lean Hyphen, an Indian company dedicated to providing experience-based learning programs for students, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing relationships with high-profile educational institutions, presenting products effectively, and driving sales to achieve targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and managing a database of target schools. - Making outbound calls and setting appointments with educational institutions. - Traveling to schools as required, with travel expenses covered. - Identifying and targeting potential schools within the assigned territory. - Conducting meetings with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. - Building a strong pipeline of qualified leads and converting them into long-term customers. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. - Seeking guidance from senior team members for support in complex demos or negotiations. **Qualifications:** - Must be located in commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India. - Strong desire to approach schools and meet with Key Decision Makers (KDMs). - Enthusiasm to exhibit the value of products and services to KDMs. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to set up and manage appointments independently. - Proactive, learning-focused attitude with willingness to travel. - Comfort with seeking guidance from senior colleagues when needed. - Bachelors / MBA with 0 - 3 years of experience. - Academic Counselor experience is an added advantage. - Experience in B2B sales is preferable. - Understanding of school products/services needs and procurement process is an added advantage. - Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients. - Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. - Education sector experience is preferable but not mandatory. **Additional Desirable Skills:** - Experience in life skills education or related fields. - Experience working with diverse populations. - Knowledge of the Indian education system. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi.,
