Job Purpose

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our curriculum team. In this role, you will design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and educational content aligned with our learning framework, helping students build the 21st-century skills they need for success in life, school, and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

Develop high‑quality lesson plans for grades UKG–12 that are experiential, relevant, and aligned with our curriculum goals


Design creative classroom activities, discussion prompts, and real-life scenarios that foster 21st-century skill development


Create assessments (rubrics, reflections, checklists, quizzes) to measure student understanding and engagement


Ensure content reflects our pedagogy and supports diverse classroom settings and learner abilities


Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject experts to maintain accuracy and consistency


Revise content based on feedback from implementation teams and pilot classrooms


Work with multimedia and design teams to ensure print and digital content are well-integrated


Use project management tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Trello, etc.) to track progress and maintain timelines


Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Psychology, Curriculum Design, or a related field


Prior experience in writing curriculum, lesson plans, or educational materials


Excellent written communication, editing, and formatting skills


Understanding of experiential or inquiry-based learning and 21st-century skill-based pedagogy


Ability to simplify complex ideas for young learners in creative ways


Familiarity with Google Workspace and collaborative tools


Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines


Preferred Attributes

Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State board school systems


Exposure to or experience working with 21st-century skills frameworks


Passionate about education reform and student-centered learning


Comfortable working in a feedback-driven, collaborative environment


Familiarity with creating student workbooks, teacher guides, or multimedia-based lessons
