Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive new business acquisition, and strengthen client relationships in the construction ecosystem. The role requires a mix of strategic leadership, market development, and client management with a hands-on approach to ensure revenue growth and timely collections. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Sales Leadership: • Drive sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. • Lead and mentor a team of field sales executives. • Develop incentive structures and track performance KPIs. • Business Development: • Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and distributors. • Identify and acquire new clients in real estate, infrastructure, and industrial projects. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. • Client Relationship Management: • Maintain and grow key accounts to ensure repeat orders. • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability. • Ensure timely payment collections and credit discipline. • Operational Coordination: • Work closely with logistics and accounts to ensure seamless order fulfillment. • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and MIS generation. • Resolve escalations related to delivery, quality, or payments.
