Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to support our business growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and assisting in executing marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities:Sales: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations. Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and orders. Marketing: Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions. Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and trade shows. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Good knowledge of sales techniques and basic marketing concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
