Assistant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our department. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and implementing business strategies to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operations. Support the Manager in supervising and guiding team members to meet performance targets. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Analyze data and prepare reports to track business performance and suggest improvements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Assist in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management activities. Take charge in the absence of the Manager, ensuring continuity of leadership. Train and onboard new employees. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and relevant business software/tools.
