Strategic Planning and Campaign Management Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BCA and BBA programs. Plan and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print advertisements. Organize promotional events, webinars, and open houses to engage prospective students Brand Development and Positioning Enhance the college's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity. Conduct market research to understand student preferences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Collaborate with academic departments to align marketing materials with program offerings. Sales and Enrollment Management Set and achieve enrollment targets through effective sales strategies. Manage the admissions process, from lead generation to student enrollment. Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of marketing and admissions staff. Coordinate with faculty, administration, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed.Bryant & Stratton College Budgeting and Reporting Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for senior management.
