 sales executive drives business growth by selling products and services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include generating new leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, maintaining customer relationships, creating sales reports, and staying informed about market trends. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.  Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.  Sales Presentations: Effectively present and demonstrate company products or services to potential clients, highlighting their value.  Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and achieve sales targets.  Sales Administration: Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software, prepare quotations and proposals, and generate performance reports.  Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive client experience.  Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.  Key Skills & Qualifications Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Essential for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and building relationships.  Negotiation Skills: Crucial for finalizing sales agreements and securing favorable terms.  Sales Mindset: A goal-driven attitude and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.  Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM and sales software to manage data and track progress.  Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.  Education & Experience: While a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing is often recommended, practical sales and marketing experience is highly valued.  Good communication skills Good computer skills.
