Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Strategist to plan and execute marketing ideas, identify new markets, and support the sales team in closing leads. The role includes both office-based strategy work and field visits with the sales team for key meetings and client discussions. Key Responsibilities: Marketing: Develop marketing strategies to promote solar products (water heaters, rooftops, heat pumps, etc.). Identify where and how to market the company’s products (online, offline, exhibitions, partnerships, etc.). Work with the digital marketing team to improve brand visibility and lead generation. Plan campaigns for specific regions or customer segments. Track marketing performance and suggest improvements. Sales Support: Support the sales team in client meetings and presentations. Help convert leads into confirmed sales through product understanding and customer interaction. Coordinate between marketing and sales to ensure smooth communication. Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and marketing materials for sales. Follow up with leads generated through campaigns and online platforms. Lead Generation: Identify new channels for lead generation and customer outreach. Ensure steady inflow of quality leads for the sales team. Help optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns with the marketing team. Reporting & Coordination: Provide weekly reports on leads, marketing results, and meetings attended. Work closely with management to align marketing and sales goals. Requirements: Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business preferred. Experience: 1–5 years in marketing or sales (solar or related field preferred). Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of marketing strategies and digital platforms. Ability to travel for client meetings and events. Goal-oriented with a creative mindset. Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
