HR Admin Executive

We are looking for a committed HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team and factory operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Duties: Create job descriptions and publish job postings on relevant platforms. Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates. Coordinate with departments to understand manpower requirements. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners. Maintain employee records, leaves, attendance, and performance updates. Handle basic employee engagement and HR-related queries. Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks at the office and factory. Maintain office supplies, coordinate service vendors, and ensure smooth operations. Assist in preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling internal communication. Support compliance with HR and labor policies and company procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin roles (freshers with strong intent may also apply). Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic HR tools. Organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
