Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calls, visits, and referrals Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar products and solutions Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and service delivery Requirements: ✔️ Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques ✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities ✔️ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach ✔️ Willingness to travel locally for field sales (for field executives) ✔️ Prior sales experience in B2B/B2C is an advantage but not mandatory ✔️ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
