Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and achieve business goals. Plan annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI on campaigns and activities. Lead and mentor the marketing team and coordinate with design and sales departments. Branding & Awareness: Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels — digital, print, and on-site branding. Develop content and campaigns that highlight the company’s design philosophy, completed projects, and client testimonials. Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media for brand visibility. Digital Marketing: Oversee social media strategy, SEO, website management, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Track analytics and engagement to optimize digital performance. Ensure regular posting of educational and aspirational content about interiors, design trends, and company work. Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to generate quality leads. Develop marketing funnels, nurture campaigns, and CRM-based follow-ups. Organize events, exhibitions, or workshops to engage potential clients and partners. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and channel partners. Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handover of projects. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Set and track sales targets, budgets, and incentive structures. Stay updated with industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities. Implement effective lead management and follow-up strategies. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
