Sales & Marketing Manager

Seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to drive business growth for our expanding electrical fabrication and PVC conduit manufacturing company, leveraging our BIS certification and established market presence since 2016. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Research & Analysis Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends in the electrical conduit and PVC fittings industry Analyze competitor strategies and pricing models for PVC pipes, GI modular boxes, and cable trays Prepare detailed market reports and recommendations for senior leadership Sales Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives Develop sales strategies for project-based contracts and bulk orders Handle team performance management, training, and development Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery commitments Business Development Generate qualified leads through various channels including trade shows, industry networks, and digital marketing Identify and pursue growth opportunities in electrical, construction, and infrastructure sectors Build relationships with contractors, distributors, and institutional buyers Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach Financial Management Oversee project-based pricing and contract negotiations Ensure timely payment recovery and manage accounts receivable Monitor sales performance against budget and provide regular reporting Collaborate with finance team on credit assessments and payment terms Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering 4-5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical materials Strong understanding of PVC pipes, conduits, and electrical fittings market Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets This role offers the opportunity to contribute to KT Industries' mission of becoming a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry while working with an experienced leadership team.
