Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distribution and Sales manager to manage and grow the sales and distribution network for our electrical and manufactured products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical goods market, experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, and a proven ability to manage logistics and client relationships. Sales :Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and end-users. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Distribution: Oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing, packaging, shipping, and inventory control. Develop and manage distribution channels to optimize coverage and reduce delivery times. Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
