We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase, Dispatch & Store Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, vendor management, dispatch coordination, and store operations, preferably in an industrial or electrical product environment. Purchase Management: Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, components, and finished goods from domestic and international suppliers. Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, delivery, and service. Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with production and sales teams to forecast material requirements. Ensure timely procurement to avoid stockouts and production delays. Store & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and maintain optimal stock for smooth operations. Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, JIT, etc.) to reduce waste and obsolescence. Supervise regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and products. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the store. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage dispatch schedules for timely delivery to clients and distributors. Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams for efficient delivery. Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and transport permits. Monitor and track shipments; address delays or delivery issues proactively. Optimize transportation costs without compromising service quality.
