Job Description

1. Training Operations Management Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of all technical training programs (e.g., AC repair, electrical wiring, plumbing, civil construction, surveying, etc.). Ensure training schedules, faculty, and lab facilities are aligned for smooth delivery. Monitor and maintain the quality of hands-on practical sessions. Work with trainers to ensure industry-relevant skill development. 2. Faculty & Staff Coordination Supervise training staff, support staff, and lab assistants. Assign duties, manage performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Handle staff attendance, leave management, and discipline. 3. Student Management Monitor student attendance, discipline, and performance. Coordinate student induction, counseling, and feedback collection. Address student grievances and ensure high satisfaction levels. 4. Resource & Infrastructure Management Ensure all tools, machines, and labs are maintained, functional, and safe. Maintain an inventory of training equipment and consumables. Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged equipment. 5. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure institute complies with safety norms, training standards, and certification requirements. Maintain documentation and reports as per internal and external audits. 6. Placement & Industry Collaboration Coordinate with the placement cell for student job placement and internships. Develop relationships with industry partners for recruitment, guest lectures, and practical exposure. 7. Franchise and Business Support Provide support to franchise partners and self-employed students post-training. Assist in developing SOPs and support structures for HOME SERVICE.COM’s franchise network. 8. Marketing & Admissions Support Collaborate with the marketing team to drive student admissions. Conduct seminars, webinars, and institutional visits to promote technical courses. 9. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Submit performance reviews of students, staff, and training programs. 10. Continuous Improvement Identify gaps in training or administration and propose improvements. Implement new processes and ideas to enhance institute efficiency and output.
