We’re gearing up for launch, and we’re looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Lead to join us in creating and capturing the market from the ground up. What You'll Own: 🔸 Launch Strategy: You’ll lead our go-to-market execution, set up distributor networks, and build brand awareness. 🔸 Market Development: Spot opportunities, open new channels, and build long-term customer and partner relationships. 🔸 Sales Leadership: From lead generation to deal closure—this role owns the full sales cycle. 🔸 Channel Management: Handle key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships, ensuring strong support and growth. 🔸 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and marketing to ensure delivery excellence and impactful campaigns. What You Bring: ✔ A proven track record in sales roles (FMCG, baby care, or consumer goods) ✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills ✔ Experience building distribution networks and launching new products ✔ Strategic mindset + get-it-done attitude ✔ A passion for sustainability and creating impact Bonus: 🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related 🧷 5+ years in sales/marketing in baby care/FMCG preferred 📩 Interested?
