Role Overview

PictureTime is looking for an experienced Marketing / Sales professional who is eager to take on a leadership role and drive growth. The role is ideal for someone with strong on-ground experience, passion for cinema, someone very good at strategy & planning, and very sensitive towards growth and numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing and sales strategies for cinema theatre business in small towns and rural markets
• Build partnerships with brands, advertisers, and stakeholders, especially in the FMCG segment
• Plan and drive on-ground activations and campaigns
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals
• Track performance, outcomes, and business growth metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives
• Travel extensively across India as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and/or Sales
• PG Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Sales
• Strong exposure to FMCG brands, preferably in small towns or rural India
• Proven leadership mindset with an outcome-driven approach
• Passion for films and belief in cinema as a social and cultural change agent
• Excellent communication skills with strong command over language(s)
• Proficient in:

PowerPoint (including preparing professional presentations)

MS Excel

MS Word

• Willingness to travel pan-India and be available for deployment at short notice
