Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in aluminum products (e.g., extrusions, windows, doors, facades, formwork solutions) to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction or building materials sector and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads within the aluminum market through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including contractors, developers, and fabricators, to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and product presentation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical/commercial support to clients, effectively articulating the value and benefits of our aluminum solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including project, production, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.  Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the construction, building materials, or aluminum industry. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of aluminum products, systems, and their applications (e.g., windows, doors, facades, etc.). Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-driven approach. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Mobility: Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.
