Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts in the Rapid Test and Lab Disposable Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in medical devices, diagnostics, or related fields, with expertise in both direct sales and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new business opportunities in diagnostics, lab disposables, and rapid testing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Present and demonstrate products effectively, aligning with customer needs. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. OEM PartnershipsManage and expand OEM relationships for seamless project execution. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to deliver customized OEM solutions. Ensure effective communication with OEM clients to drive repeat business. Market IntelligenceTrack industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market demands. Provide feedback to product development teams for innovation and improvements. Sales Strategy & ReportingDevelop and implement sales strategies for specific market segments. Deliver regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Work with marketing teams on promotional campaigns for wider outreach. Customer Support & Problem ResolutionProvide technical/product-related support to clients. Resolve client concerns quickly, maintaining strong customer satisfaction. RequirementsExperience: 4–5 years of sales experience in the Rapid Test or Lab Disposable Manufacturing industry. OEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of OEM processes and relationship management. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
