Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Retail & Walk-in Sales: Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and close sales. Provide product details, pricing, and assist in order processing. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through research, networking, and online/offline channels. Define target audience using analysis and research. Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed orders. Fix meetings with prospective clients and present company offerings. Field Sales & Customer Engagement: Visit customers (contractors, builders, retailers) to pitch products and services. Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules. Take photos of products/projects and share updates with customers. Sales Process & Reporting: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports across all channels. Communication & Documentation: Write professional emails to share company profiles, quotations, and proposals. Create presentations of designs and products based on client requirements. Work on tenders and prepare necessary documentation. ERP/CRM & Data Management: Update all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in ERP/CRM systems. Collect and maintain data from online and offline sources. Social Media & Marketing Support: Post product updates, offers, and customer stories on social media platforms. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
