Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Pay Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview)

Work Location: Currency Tower Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India

Office Time: 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM [Monday to Saturday]

Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Raipur team. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through effective business development strategies. The ideal candidate should be humble, trustworthy, hardworking, and capable of building long-term customer relationships while representing the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new customers to expand business.
  • Conduct client visits 3–4 times per week for business development and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong, professional, and trustworthy relationships with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, track client requirements, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure transparency, honesty, and integrity in all sales dealings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Com , MBA (Marketing specialization) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of field sales / client interaction experience required.
  • Other Requirements: Male candidates only (as per role requirements).
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (3–4 visits per week).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Smart, hardworking, and result-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with dedication and professionalism.
