Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Sales Industry (Fresher not eligible) Job Location: Vadgaon budruk,Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven experience in the sales industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries professionally. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any industry such as FMCG, retail, real estate, insurance, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must have own vehicle (if field sales role). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Education Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
