Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of proven experience in the sales industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any industry such as FMCG, retail, real estate, insurance, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must have own vehicle (if field sales role).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Education Qualification:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
